UTIL-LITE is a drafting productivity tool for AutoCAD that standardizes how existing and proposed utility runs are labeled using consistent geometry, layers, and annotation logic. Built for repeatable civil CAD workflows where clarity and consistency matter across sheets.

What UTIL-LITE does

Creates standardized utility labels for existing and proposed runs, using your chosen layers and styles.
Uses consistent geometry (rectangles + centerline + hatch) so utility callouts look the same across all sheets.
Tracks runs with XDATA to support later cleanup, deletion by type, or bulk operations.

SectionSync LITE is available as a released AutoLISP Wizard tool. Trial access is available through the Autodesk App Store, and full purchase is handled securely through Gumroad. Paid access includes the VLX, readme, and license instructions for the Hard-1 workstation-tied licensing model, plus access to future minor updates for this LITE version. A time-limited trial (20 runs or 7 days) is also built in for evaluation.

What am I buying? A drafting automation tool, not sealed design work. You remain responsible for verifying all labels, geometry, and design decisions.

Refund Policy

Trial access for released AutoLISP Wizard tools is available through the Autodesk App Store. UTIL-LITE also includes a built-in trial (20 runs / 7 days) so you can evaluate the tool in your own AutoCAD workflow before activation.

Because UTIL-LITE uses a Hard-1, machine-tied license token, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. As a general policy, refund requests will only be considered within 15 days of the original Gumroad purchase date. If a refund is approved, the associated activation token may be revoked for future activations, and you are required by the EULA to uninstall the software and discontinue use on that machine. Any specific refund window and conditions are also governed by Gumroad’s policies and applicable local regulations.
