Licensing & Trial Policy
This page summarizes how licensing, activation, trials, and refunds work for AutoLISP Wizard tools under the current email-based, machine-bound licensing system. It is a plain-language companion to the formal License Instructions and EULAs included with each product.
Licensing model overview
Current commercial AutoLISP Wizard tools use email-based, machine-bound licensing.
- The license is associated with the purchasing email address.
- The activation is tied to the Windows user account and specific workstation.
- Activation is completed using the product's activation command and the purchase email.
- No manual license key or activation-token entry is normally required.
License information is managed by the AutoLISP Wizard licensing system. You should not need to edit registry entries or other licensing data directly during normal use.
Trials & evaluation
Released tools may include a built-in evaluation trial that limits usage by command runs, calendar days, or both. The specific trial terms are listed on each product page and in the documentation included with that product.
The trial is intended to let you evaluate the tool in your own AutoCAD workflow before activation. When both a run-count limit and a calendar-day limit apply, the trial ends when either limit is reached first.
Released tools may be distributed through Gumroad and the Autodesk Marketplace, as applicable.
Activation
In general, activation for current AutoLISP Wizard tools follows this pattern:
- Install and load the tool normally.
- Use the built-in trial until you are ready to activate, if a trial is provided.
- Run the product-specific activation command.
- Enter the same email address used for the purchase.
- The licensing system validates the purchase email and completes activation.
No manual license key or token entry is normally required. Once successfully activated, the tool will run normally for that licensed user and workstation, subject to the product's EULA and periodic license validation.
Internet requirement
An internet connection is required for initial activation and may also be required for periodic background license validation.
A continuous internet connection is not normally required for day-to-day use after successful activation. If required validation cannot be completed, the software will notify you.
Moving to a new machine or user
Because the license is associated with a specific workstation and Windows user, moving to another computer or user account may require an additional seat or assistance from AutoLISP Wizard.

License moves, additional seats, and reactivation requests are handled in accordance with the applicable product EULA and current license policy.
Refunds, revocation, and access
As a general policy, refund requests will only be considered within 15 days of the original Gumroad purchase date, subject to Gumroad policies, applicable law, and any product-specific terms.
If a refund or chargeback is approved:
- The associated license activation may be revoked.
- Future activation for the refunded purchase may be blocked.
- You are required by the applicable EULA to uninstall and discontinue use of the software.
Product-specific refund terms, trial conditions, or promotional terms are defined on the relevant product page and in the purchase documentation. Platform policies and applicable laws take precedence where required.
